Christmas in Innsbruck

All Christmas markets are closed by 21 November 2021

Christmas in Innsbruck is romantic, atmospheric and full of traditions.
Not only do we love Innsbruckers the Christmas markets,
but many people from near and far are drawn to the City of Millions of Lights.
The Christkindl markets look back on a long tradition,
and each of the six markets in Innsbruck exceptionally appeals to its visitors.

Christkindlmarkt Oldtown Innsbruck

The small stands are a real treasure trove for unique souvenirs. Families should venture a detour into the Märchengasse. Numerous figures from the most famous fairy tales look out from house fronts, bay windows and roofs. Our tip: Visit the Christkindlmarkt during the week and enjoy the atmosphere.
